This project is a complete overhaul of a typical 1960s suburban ranch house. Interior walls were removed to create an open, contemporary floor plan with an expanded kitchen, and extensive structural upgrades allow large, dramatic new openings in exterior walls. Sophisticated details give a surprising sense of elegance to what was once an ordinary house.
